I started writing in 2010, never intending to share my work. That changed in 2019 when I published my first novel online, followed by a book in 2021.
My inspiration is writing itself — a blessing from Allah that I’m committed to carrying to its fullest, finest form throughout my life.
For me, writing isn’t a hobby or a passion. Hobbies change. Passions can be set aside. But love remains. It can’t be taken from the heart, even if the world doesn’t understand it.
I chose MustateeraPK for two reasons. First, it lets me work with a close friend, despite the distance between us. Second, I’ve always wanted to grow with a platform from day one — through every rise and fall. That’s an experience you can’t get by joining midway.
Translator “Inky Whisper”
I am Inkywhisper. Why this name? I have always been in love with literature—the whispers of old and new tales and lore have always enchanted me. Because of this love, I pursued a degree in English Literature.
Although I wouldn’t call myself a huge fan of Shakespeare, at one point I believed his work was all there was to literature—until I stepped into this world myself. That’s when I realized Shakespeare is only a part of a much larger universe. I discovered many other authors beyond Urdu and English literature, and for a while, I immersed myself in translated works, drawing inspiration from them.
When I began writing, this name “Inkywhisper” came naturally to me.I am currently working as a translator with MustateeraPK, and I am truly enjoying this journey so far. I hope to continue working with them for a long time, and I wish for their continued growth and success.

I started writing in 2019 and was inspired by several writers on social media. I write as a hobby, and playing with words is my side activity.
I chose MustateeraPK because of their incredible hard work and passion for attracting international readers.
For me, MustateeraPK is doing a great job. They have understanding and cooperative members who are always supportive.

I started writing in 2017, initially with no intention of making it more than a quiet part of my life. I wrote mostly on Wattpad, where I found a space to put my thoughts, emotions, and stories into words and slowly began discovering what writing meant to me.
My writing is inspired by the things I find most human — emotions, psychology, society, religion, and the experiences that shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. I don’t believe writing has to belong to one particular genre or idea. For me, it is a way of exploring different sides of life and giving words to things that are often difficult to express.
I chose MustateeraPK because it is not only a wonderful initiative, but also something close to my heart — it is a friend’s initiative, and being able to grow alongside something created by someone you know makes the opportunity even more meaningful.
What excites me most is the possibility of taking Urdu writing beyond the audience it naturally reaches. Having my work translated into English means that thoughts and stories originally written in Urdu can find their way to a much wider audience.
To me, that is what makes MustateeraPK such an exciting platform — an opportunity not only to share my work, but to see how far those words can travel.

My name is Anoosha Muhammad Rafique, and Aarzoo is my pen name. Why Aarzoo? Because it means desire. It helps me stay motivated and keep striving forward. As a writer, I find meaning in everything.
I am the type of writer who learns from other people’s experiences and writes about the things I observe in reality. I started writing in 2018. At that time, I never realized that the words I wrote for my own inner satisfaction would one day become both my profession and my passion.
I chose MustateeraPK because, for me, it represents the kind of dream I once envisioned with my eyes wide open. MustateeraPK supported me tremendously. I hadn’t written for a long while, and I thought I had become soulless.
Then MustateeraPK came into my life, and my passion for writing came alive again.It also introduced me to many other skills I never knew I could pursue. I am a designer, a web designer, a content creator, and a SEO content writer. That is why MustateeraPK is so special to me, it introduced me not only to new opportunities, but also to my own talents, my skills, and, in many ways, to myself.
Translator “Miss Grey”
I am Miss Grey, a translator at MustateeraPK with a deep love for world that exist between words.
I believe that a beautiful story should never be limited by language, and through my translations, I hope to bring the emotions and charm of Urdu novels to English readers while keeping the soul of the original story alive.
I choosed “Miss Grey” instead of using my real name because I want to be known by my work rather than my name. To me, Grey also represents the many shades, emotions, and complexities that make both life and literature beautiful.
For me, translation is more than changing words from one language to another—it is about carrying a story, with all its feelings, into a new language.
Author “Jiya”
My pen name is Jiya, and I don’t exactly remember when I first felt the urge to give words to my scrambled thoughts. But once it began, I couldn’t stop.At first, writing was just a hobby. Over time, it became something deeper.
When the noise of my thoughts grew too loud to silence, I found myself pouring my frustration, confusion, sorrow, grief, and even joy into my characters and stories. Slowly, writing became a part of me something that seeped into my bones.
Although I had been writing for quite some time, I never had the courage to share my work with anyone. It used to embarrass me, the thought of someone reading my ramblings. But then I came across MustateeraPK, and somehow, I found the courage to share my writing with others.
I was preparing myself for the worst, but Alhamdulillah, nothing of that sort has happened. Where The End Begins is my very first story published with them, and I feel like I’m finally finding my rhythm. My experience so far has been good, and I truly hope it continues to be the same in the future.
